Our client, a leader in manufacturing and engineering services, is seeking a PLM Process Professional 1 to join their team. As a PLM Process Professional 1, you will be part of the Product Lifecycle Management digital transformation programme supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Drive alignment between business processes, future PLM solutions, and digital thread vision within the product lifecycle management programme.
- Investigate and assess current ways of working across relevant business units to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support change impact analysis to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and tools.
- Maintain and support the digital thread by managing product data flow throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and process leads to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective information flow.
What's Needed?
- Understanding of engineering lifecycle processes or PLM systems.
- Ability to map, analyze, and redesign complex business processes.
- Experience working with complex product data or enterprise architecture concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with PLM systems such as Teamcenter and familiarity with digital thread initiatives.
