Job Overview
Reporting to the Manage, Client Design, designQ, as the Coordinator, Showroom you oversee the maintenance of designQ product offerings within the showroom and online, collaborate with the Manager, Client Design, Client Designers and Builder Stakeholders on spec colour boards, showroom renovations and digital catalogues pertaining to Interior Selections.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and selecting new products for showrooms by meeting with various suppliers in collaboration with the Manager, Client Design and Client Designers, ensuring that all new and existing sampling is current, labelled accordingly and displayed in the correct location.

Maintaining the Product Process utilizing various tracking spreadsheets and other internal documents, which encompasses required steps within operation to add/remove products.

Providing Builder(s) with product information to add/remove items in NewStar.

Partnering with the Client Design Team in the development and maintenance of all product data and reporting requirements.

Maintaining website product offerings and collaborating with outsourced Marketing Contractor for higher level website refinement and other internal marketing projects.

Facilitating monthly meetings with maintenance staff to review showroom repairs required (such as burnt-out light bulbs, paint touch ups etc.) and tracking completion.

Scheduling trade partners to complete renovations as established within construction schedule.

Supporting designQ with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Requirements

High School Diploma, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of interior design experience.

Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.

Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).

Work Conditions
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
