About Incredible Home
Incredible Home is a well-established custom closet and cabinetry company serving Vancouver Island for over 40 years. We focus on practical, well-built solutions with a strong emphasis on customer experience, efficient design, and reliable delivery.
We work with homeowners, builders, and designers, and we generate a steady flow of leads — the right person will step into an active pipeline, not start from scratch.
The Role
This is a full-cycle sales, project manager & design role. You’ll take a project from first conversation through to final measure and handoff to production.
You’ll be meeting clients, understanding what they actually need, designing practical solutions, and guiding them through to a finished project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with clients (in showroom and on-site)
- Measure spaces and confirm site conditions
- Design closets and cabinetry using Mozaik (or similar)
- Prepare clear, accurate quotes
- Guide clients through material, layout, and hardware selections
- Manage projects through to production handoff
- Communicate with production to ensure jobs run smoothly
- Build strong relationships with repeat clients, builders, and designers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in cabinetry, closets, or related design/sales is preferred
- Comfortable running your own jobs start to finish
- Strong attention to detail (this matters a lot here)
- Good with people — clear, straightforward communication
- Organized and accountable
- Comfortable with computers and learning software
- Basic understanding of construction and how things go together
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, or similar
- Installation or shop background
What This Role Is (and Isn’t)
- Not a high-pressure retail or cash-handling role
- A mix of inbound leads and self-generated opportunities (networking, builder/designer relationships, some cold outreach)
- A practical, detail-driven role where good decisions matter
Why Join
- Established company with strong reputation
- Consistent lead flow
- Solid support from production, design and engineering team
- Variety of projects (closets, cabinetry, built-ins)
