Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Real Estate Assistant to join our energetic team! In this pivotal role, you will support the daily operations of our real estate office, assist with property listings, client communications, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and appointments with clients and prospective buyers
- Work on sourcing expired listings for the agents to prospect them and prepare many for mailing out.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, including online listings, realtor tours.
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Support property sale activities such as scheduling inspections listing photography and measurement.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client details, and property information using organizational tools
- Facilitate communication between clients, agents, vendors, and other vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Preparation of feedback on listings for clients and communications with them
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate. Analytical personalities preferred with customer service focus.
- Strong communication skills with a customer focus
- Self start with leadership qualities
- Knowledge of marketing strategies for real estate on social media.
- Use of AI to optimize the efficiency of tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
