We’re looking for an experienced Earthworks Foreman to join Adrenaline Earthworks.
We need someone who can lead a crew, plan ahead, keep a job moving, and still jump in when the team needs a hand. We value experience, but attitude, accountability and work ethic matter just as much.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and organize earthworks crews on active construction sites.
- Plan daily work, crew assignments and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate excavation, grading, backfill and compaction.
- Read and understand drawings, grades and specifications.
- Coordinate equipment, trucking, materials and other trades.
- Monitor productivity, quality and schedules.
- Communicate site progress, changes and issues with management.
- Lead toolbox meetings and ensure safety requirements are followed.
- Mentor crew members and lead by example.
- Jump in and help when needed — “that’s not my job” isn't how we operate.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Earthworks Foreman or Lead Hand experience.
- Strong earthworks and construction knowledge.
- Experience managing crews and equipment.
- Ability to read plans and understand grades.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, organized and accountable.
- Safety-focused and able to lead by example.
- Heavy equipment operating experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required.

Pay: $34.00-$46.00 per hour
