ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following..
o Develop, plan and execute a local marketing plan for the growth and expansion of Qdoba Mexican Eats in Ontario.
o Provide administrative support to Management and lead in organization of some administrative areas of the business.
o Specifically, design a market plan that targets specific groups, businesses and residences in collaboration with Qdoba Management team with a set of actionable items and a timeline.
o Identify potential catering businesses with the goal of generating leads and new catering business. This is a key component of the position.
o Identify opportunities for growth within the constraints of the current business environment.
o Develop relationships with local businesses, schools and group to build loyalty and increase opportunity utilizing personal visits and calls.
o Become a Qdoba expert: know and love our products and brand values
o Identify, organize, and execute a special event in conjunction with managers at Qdoba. (this may be modified due to COVID situation).
o Attend at least one professional development event (organized by Qdoba contact or another ambassador) over the next two months.
o Distribute marketing materials to target audiences once identified
o Manage a weekly recap and a bi-weekly time sheet to be presented weekly.
o Manage monthly calendar of events and activities.
o Set up a new Qdoba Catering Protocol in conjunction with Qdoba Management.
o Portray yourself in a professional manner at all times.
o Work in the store from time to time greeting guests, explaining the menu and offering goodwill.
o Other duties and tasks as assigned.
o Brand Ambassador will have his/her own transportation and is willing to drive as required in London and to Kitchener and Windsor from time.
o Strong Computer Aptitude including Microsoft Office and Troubleshooting skills.
o Strong Communication Skills
o Strong People Skills
o Sales Experience is an asset.
o Knowledge of Social Media platforms and common Social Media norms for business. Experience using Social Media for marketing is an asset.
o Willingness / ability to work in stores from time to time in various roles.
o Strong organizational skills and ability to complete assigned tasks independently.
o Professional office experience would be an asset.
Contract length: 4 months

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour
