As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will focus on helping our North York customers find the right Internet, TV, and home phone services. This Customer Enrollment Representative role goes beyond sales; it’s about listening to customer needs, explaining services in a clear, approachable way, and ensuring every enrollment is smooth and stress-free.

- Talk with customers about how they watch TV and surf the web, then gently guide them to enroll in bundles that simplify and lower their costs.
- Spot the frustration of buffering videos or dropped calls, and step in with sales advice that offers a smoother, faster alternative.
- Break down the perks of fast internet, crisp phone lines, and great TV into plain talk, making the enrollment process easy.
- Walk customers through the sign-up steps with patience, double-checking the details so every sales interaction ends with clarity.
