We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our newly formed Telemedicine service. The ideal candidate will have experience in telehealth and a passion for delivering efficient, high quality care.
Duties:
- Evaluate patient and formulate a diagnosis online
- Manage your patient’s medication regimens you prescribe
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Required profile:
- Comfortable in a start fast-paced environment that encourages autonomy, professionalism, and versatility
- Excited to shape and influence the growth of a new nurse practitioner led telemedicine service in Ontario.
- Licensed to practice in Ontario and in good standing with the The College of Nurses of Ontario.
The position is fully remote within Canada with complete flexibility around when you work.
