Social Media Growth Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

We're looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist to help us create and execute social media strategies for a variety of clients.
This role is a good fit for someone who keeps up with new social media trends, tools, and technology, enjoys testing new ideas, and sees AI as a tool to work smarter and move faster. You'll be responsible for both the strategy and the content needed to support it.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating social media strategies that support business goals.
- Planning and managing content calendars.
- Producing photo and video content for social media.
- Editing short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Testing new tools, workflows, and content ideas.
- Reviewing performance and making recommendations for improvement.
- Keeping up with platform changes, trends, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts.
- Strong content creation skills, including photo and video production.
- Comfortable developing strategy, not just posting content.
- Interested in new technology, AI tools, and finding more efficient ways to work.
- Able to work independently and manage your own time.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SaaS and local home service companies.
- Solid understanding of SEO and content marketing.
