Having already expanded our commitment to digital care and patient accessibility, Sanavie is looking for a Telehealth Nurse to help build a more connected and patient-centered healthcare experience. In this role, you’ll combine clinical expertise with virtual care delivery, ensuring that patients receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support. The Telehealth Nurse will play a key role in enhancing access to healthcare, guiding patients through treatment decisions, and supporting both preventive and ongoing care.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of patient symptoms over the phone.

Provide advice, implement treatments, and escalate complex cases to physicians or nurse practitioners when necessary.

Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-ups as required.

Encourage preventive care and educate patients to avoid escalation of minor issues.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with legal and company standards.

Respond to patient questions about treatments, medications, and ongoing care.

Stay current with medical knowledge to provide accurate virtual diagnoses and recommendations.

Nursing diploma or degree; active license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.

2+ years of clinical experience, with preference for prior telehealth, triage, or outpatient experience.

Strong knowledge of patient assessment and clinical decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to provide empathetic care remotely.

Experience with electronic medical records, and digital tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in both French and English (oral and written).

Day shift, from Monday through Friday.
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
