Tim Hortons – Morning Baker (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Tim Hortons is currently hiring a Morning Baker to join our team!
Shift Time:

Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Positions Available:
-
Full-Time: 5 days per week (must be available 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Part-Time: 2–3 days per week (morning availability required)
Key Responsibilities:

Bake and prepare all Tim Hortons baked goods according to brand standards

Ensure product freshness, quality, and presentation
-
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
-
Maintain proper product levels throughout the shift
-
Organize and manage baking space efficiently
-
Receive and rotate inventory using FIFO procedures
-
Keep workstations clean and organized
-
Support the team in achieving restaurant goals
Requirements:
-
Previous baking or food service experience is an asset
-
Strong time management and organizational skills
-
Excellent space management and multitasking abilities
-
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
-
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
