Cutwater Brewery & Lounge is looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to help lead our team and set the standard for service excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support front of house staff
- Ensure exceptional guest experience from start to finish
- Oversee floor operations, service flow, and team performance
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Support training and development of bartenders and servers
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and daily reporting
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health & safety standards
- Work closely with management to execute events and promotions
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality (brewery, bar, or restaurant preferred)
- Strong leadership presence and confident decision-maker
- High-level customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in high volume settings
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Serving it right certification (required)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
