As a certified B Corporation, we make convenient eating healthy and sustainable for the communities we operate in. We source quality local ingredients whenever possible, and deliver in reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging. We offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan.

Maintaining accurate employee records across the organization.
Supporting employees and supervisors with interpreting policies, creating employment agreements and supporting in the implementation of programs for: onboarding, terminations, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, internal communications, compensation and more.
Assisting in full-cycle employee relations matters and providing resolutions as needed (e.g.: performance improvement, employee complaints, investigations, disciplinaries, terminations)
Preparing new hire documents and ensuring that new employees fully complete the onboarding and training processes.
Providing on-demand HR support to your client group (hourly and salaried employees), helping them navigate current policies (i.e.: questions like vacation entitlement or employee relations matters). This may include some HR administration.
Managing full-cycle recruitment for hourly employees.
Facilitate WCB claims submissions and returns to work.
Administer and educate employees of benefits and maintain a sustainable relationship with insurance providers.
Assisting in coordinating company-wide events and activities.
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
We are looking for a proactive People & Culture Generalist to join our team in Calgary. Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, our ideal candidate will partner with managers and supervisors to encourage and facilitate a highly engaged workforce. You could be a great fit if your background includes:
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, or similar role.
You have Post-Secondary education, ideally in business or an HR-related field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of legislation pertaining to employment standards, human rights, and health & safety.
You care about having a positive impact and delivering experiences that delight. You want to be part of (and contribute to) a performance-oriented culture.
You have experience using HR systems, experience using ADP is an asset.
You have excellent communication skills, you approach obstacles with empathy, you have professional maturity and a kind but firm approach to managing stakeholders.
You’re radically independent, resourceful, and a driven problem-solver
Demonstrated experience and a track record of success managing stakeholder relationships will set you apart!
What You Can Expect:
An annual salary of $60,000 - $70,000
