Pilates Instructor — Adoro Pilates
Maple Ridge & Osprey Village, BC
We're looking for a Pilates instructor to join the Adoro team. Two studios, two different vibes, one philosophy: movement should feel like calm, community, and a little bit of escape.
About us
Adoro has two homes. Maple Ridge is our original studio — 7 reformers and 7 chairs, mat and reformer classes, and a full, bustling schedule.
Osprey Village is smaller and more refined. 4 reformer/tower combos, 4 split pedal chair. Same inclusive heart as Maple Ridge, but the energy is quieter and more technical. Small classes, hands-on coaching, room to dial in someone's form.
Both studios run on the same values: safety, community, and consistency.
What you'll do
- Teach reformer and mat classes (and tower/chair, if that's in your toolkit) across one or both locations
- Coach clients at every level — from someone who's never touched a reformer to a client who's been with us for years
- Build real relationships with your classes — we care about retention, not just attendance
- Show up as part of a small, close team.
What we're looking for
- Certified Pilates instructor
- Comfortable teaching mixed-level classes and adjusting on the fly
- Genuinely good with people. Able to make a nervous first-timer feel at ease and still challenge a seasoned client
- Reliable, communicative, and someone who takes ownership of their classes
- Bonus: experience with pre/post-natal populations, or a specialty (dance, athletic training, rehab) you bring into your teaching

Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
