Job Overview
Join the Royal Landscaping team in the long term journey of scaling to a 10 million dollar company. Whether you only want to work this season or want to grow with the company, that is up to you. Work is flexible. This season you will be doing lawn mowing, string trimming, mulching, bush trimming, fertilizer, cleanups, garden bed design, and snow removal.
Responsibilities/requirements
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Prior experience with landscaping is preferred but a good attitude and willingness to learn has priority
- Punctual
- Able to work in the heat and long shifts even when you're tired
- Treats client property like it's your own
- Heavy lifting and must be physically capable
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail
Growth
Pay is $20/h for a scheduled crew member and $23/h for a crew leader (must work at least 3 months in the business and be able to perform all services perfectly to be a crew leader).
As the business grows you have the option to select the role that bests fits with your goals in either sales, admin, operations, or general labour, with more pay of course for each.
Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
