**Montessori Teacher – Experienced**
Talent Montessori School is looking for a qualified and experienced Montessori teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong classroom management skills.
**Key Requirements:**
- Montessori certification (AMI, MACTE, or equivalent)
- Proven experience working independently in a Montessori classroom
- Strong classroom management and child guidance skills
- Ability to create a calm, respectful, and well-structured learning environment
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of child development and Montessori philosophy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience leading a Montessori classroom
- Experience managing mixed-age groups
- Familiarity with licensing and daily classroom routines
