Barista — Mobile Coffee Cart (Events)
About the Role
We run a mobile coffee cart that pops up at weddings, corporate functions, and private events across the GTA. We're looking for a barista who can pull great shots, whisk a clean matcha, and keep a line moving while making every guest feel taken care of. If you love coffee and thrive in a fast, on-the-go environment, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Pull espresso shots and dial in quality drinks to a consistent standard
- Prepare matcha, lattes, teas, and our signature beverages
- Serve guests with energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality
- Run the cart at events — setup, service, and breakdown
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and event-ready
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Handle transactions accurately and manage a busy rush with composure
What We're Looking For
- Barista experience preferred, but we'll train the right person who has the right attitude
- Strong customer service instincts — friendly, attentive, professional
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Calm and efficient under pressure during busy service
- A team player who pitches in wherever needed
- Comfortable with the physical side of event work (setup, standing, moving equipment)
