Retail associates are responsible for engaging the customer, determining their needs and projecting requirements.
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with needs.
- Perform water tests and provide solutions to customer water care needs.
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Answer phones and direct the caller to the proper person when unable to properly respond to their needs/questions.
- Provide assistance in getting purchases that are large and bulky to customer’s cars
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Work well as part of a team
- Be able to work in a very fast paced industry
