We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations within large petroleum refining within Sarnia Lambton.
The Industrial Supervisor will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing resources, and implementing process enhancements to optimize overall plant performance.
Duties
- Supervise daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Lead and coordinate assembly lines, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and best practices
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet specified standards and specifications
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and process standards
- Prepare reports on production performance metrics and recommend operational adjustments as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing supervision or a related leadership role within an industrial setting
- Experience in quality control procedures and assembly operations within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation
- Safety certified with BSO+ and Working at Heights an asset.
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
