Job Summary

Duties
- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans for French language, literature, and mathematics aligned with curriculum standards
- Deliver engaging instruction in French, incorporating speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises to enhance fluency
- Conduct tutoring sessions to support individual student needs in both French and Math
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that motivates students and encourages active participation
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and exams; provide constructive feedback
- Incorporate technology and multimedia tools to enrich lessons and facilitate interactive learning experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best teaching practices
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development
Qualifications
- Proven classroom experience teaching French language, literature, or Math at various levels
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Japanese is a plus
- Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience working with children or young learners; patience and adaptability are essential
- Knowledge of tutoring techniques to support diverse learning styles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple classes simultaneously
