We are currently hiring a part-time shipping clerk / customer service representative for our Brantford office. This job is Monday-Friday from 11am to 3pm, these hours could change upon work demand. We are seeking someone that can work as a team member in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. Applicants must also be able to problem solve and multitask using prioritized time management.
Shipping/Receiving Responsibilities
-receiving daily incoming shipment
-prepare and ship products daily as scheduled
-responsible for inventory accuracy
-investigate any discrepancies
-run quarterly stock counts
-some international shipping – customs & brokerage
CSR Responsibilities
-dealing directly with customers and our outside sales team either by phone, email or face to face
-provide pricing and delivery information
-provide quotes as required by sales team and/or customers
-process orders and customer requests
-keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
-high school or college diploma
-previous shipping and receiving experience
-previous CSR experience
-proficient computer skills
-bilingual in French is an asset
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
