Under the supervision of the IT Infrastructure Director, the OT Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a dynamic that favors the delivery of OT projects and the resolution of IT requests and incidents, while offering exceptional service to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates activities related to OT (Operational Technology).

Understand the context of production operations in order to resapond appropriately to internal customer requests.

Promote rapid resolution, within the agreed SLA, and judicious prioritization of tickets being processed.

Ensure adequate follow-up on ticket resolution.

Propose long-term solutions to recurring tickets.
-
Establish priorities and daily needs in collaboration with INFRA technicians.
-
Work with INFRA technicians to resolve tickets.
-
Coordinate follow-up of requests and incidents with external suppliers.
-
Actively participate in internal and customer projects.
-
Participate in improving internal processes and implementing required changes.
-
Provide team performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.

Participate in the recommendation and selection of technological alignments for operational activities.

Maintain a strategic watch on best IoT tools and practices.

Manage the performance, capacity, availability and security of our IoT network, servers and data.

Act proactively on alerts from automated monitoring tools.
-
Develop and implement maintenance and improvement projects for IoT infrastructure.

Write and maintain complete documentation in our internal library.

Validate existing daily processes and remedy recurring problems.

Provide level 3 support to operational and infrastructure teams.
SKILLS AND APTITUDES REQUIRED
-
Completion of an ACS in computer science, specializing in networking.
-
5 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
-
Have worked in a decentralized environment (several sites).
-
Have already worked with a work ticket tracking system.
-
Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis (plants in the US and Ontario).

Willing to be on-call, in shifts, 24/7.
-
Demonstrates an interest in customer service and teamwork.

Ability to solve problems quickly.

Willingness and dynamism to get actively involved in IT/OT improvement.

Good learning skills.

Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in OT.

Knowledge of network environments (Rockwell, Allen-Bradley, Cisco, Fortinet).
