Job Description:
The Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
- Setting goals with the management team and actioning plans to achieve financial and operational objectives
- Creating work schedules for your staff
- Training your staff
- Leading, developing and motivating operational staff
- Ensuring safe, efficient operation of the sales and service areas
- Overseeing development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Staying current with industry trends and state-of-the-art processes and equipment
Qualifications:

· Work experience managing a team
