What You’ll Be Doing:
· Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC mechanical and control systems.
· Diagnose system issues, provide technical solutions, and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
· Deliver great customer service by building relationships and offering proactive recommendations.
· Manage work orders efficiently, ensuring timely completion, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with team members and other trades.
· Conduct retrofits, installations, start-ups, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
· HVAC Journeyman with 1–3 years of service experience.
· Gas Fitter 1 or Oil Burner certification (or working toward completion) is an asset.
· Good knowledge of HVAC, controls, and energy management systems.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills; additional languages an asset.
· Ability to prioritize work orders, troubleshoot effectively, and collaborate with other trades.
· Self-motivated with strong technical and interpersonal skills, including mentoring ability.
