What You’ll Do
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and priorities.
- Develop personalized financial strategies, including insurance, savings, retirement, and investment solutions.
- Educate clients on products such as life insurance, segregated funds, RRSPs, RESPs, TFSAs, and other wealth-building solutions.
- Build and grow your client base through networking, referrals, community engagement, and relationship building.
- Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure clients remain on track to achieve their financial objectives.
- Maintain accurate records while meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- LLQP licensed, or willing to obtain your LLQP license (training and guidance available).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a successful business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Sales, customer service, financial services, or insurance experience is an asset, but not required.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is considered an asset.
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- Average first-year earnings of $40,000+, with no cap on income.
