Retail Associate (Part-Time)
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual for a long-term part-time position at our Canada Post outlet and retail store.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Process Canada Post transactions, including parcel shipping, returns, registered mail, stamps, and other postal services.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash and debit transactions.
- Assist with general retail duties, including stocking shelves, receiving merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Follow Canada Post procedures and complete all required training.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Able to work independently after completing training.
- Occasionally required to handle heavy parcels.
- Previous retail, cashier, or lottery experience is an asset, but not required.
- Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays is required. Additional shifts may be available based on operational needs.
- We are looking for someone who can commit for at least 7–8 months.
Compensation
- BC minimum wage.
- Training provided.
