DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Operate CNC Mill to tight tolerance
· Measure and check parts for surface roughness and geometric parameter conformance
· Perform set-up using pre-established programs
· Select and change tools as needed
· Enter and check off-sets
· Basic machine maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS
· Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
· 3 or more years’ experience in either CNC mill operation in a precision machining environment
· Experience working in an ISO certified environment
· Machinist certification is an asset but not required
· Able to obtain Controlled Goods Clearance and clearance under the Industrial Security Program
· Attention to detail
