We’re looking for an RMT to join a new Richmond location opening late 2026 (Nov/Dec), with an emphasis on focused care and building a small, collaborative team.
We’re especially interested in RMTs who have experience — or would like to develop their skills — in areas such as:
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
- Pre & Post-Natal Massage
- Pre & Post-Surgical Care
- Cancer & Lymphedema Care
- Pediatric Massage
- TMJD & Buccal Massage
- Other areas of focused RMT care
New grads are welcome. You don't need to already have additional certifications. We're happy to mentor the right person and help you develop your skills and caseload over time.

Compensation is based on experience, continuing education, services offered and shift commitment.

Continuing Education & Mentorship
Interested in developing a more focused area of practice?
We can help eligible practitioners navigate applications for government-funded training grants that may help fund continuing education in areas such as:
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- TMJD
- Buccal Massage
- Pre/Post-Natal Care
- Pediatric Massage
- Other relevant continuing education
Mentorship is available, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Who We're Looking For
A BC Registered Massage Therapist who is professional, patient-focused and interested in being part of a collaborative team.
Open to hiring recent graduates awaiting their board exam results.
Additional training is an asset but not required. Being the right fit, having an interest in learning and wanting to grow with the clinic are equally important.
