Accuphy is one of only a handful of live sonar manufacturers worldwide develop and manufacture high-performance sonar products for anglers.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day website updates, email marketing campaigns, product content and marketing materials.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working with technical products. The ideal candidate has experience with Shopify, email campaigns, digital marketing tools and basic graphic design. An interest in electronics, fishing, outdoor products, or marine technology is a strong asset.
Role Summary
You will help drive our e-commerce and marketing operations by managing product content, building email campaigns, preparing campaign materials, organizing product assets, maintaining product literature, and creating basic marketing graphics.
This role requires someone who can move between creative execution and detailed product information management. You should be comfortable working with product pages, campaign copy, email layouts, product images, technical specifications, brochures, and digital files.
Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, build, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer education emails.
- Create campaign content, including subject lines, email copy, product highlights, images, links, offers, and landing-page alignment.
- Work with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, campaign calendars, and basic performance tracking.
Digital Campaign & Content Coordination
- Write and organize campaign copy for landing pages, product pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate creative assets, product images, offers, links, and landing pages before campaign launch.
Shopify Website & E-Commerce Management
- Update and maintain Shopify website content, including product pages, images, banners, descriptions, specifications, FAQs, and support materials.
- Manage product launches, website updates, promotional pages, and merchandising changes.
- Work with Shopify apps and integrations to improve website functionality, customer experience, and marketing performance.
- Improve product page messaging, product presentation, upsells, FAQs, trust signals, and overall shopping experience.
Product Literature & Sales Materials
- Maintain product brochures, sales sheets, product guides, manuals, comparison materials, presentations, and other marketing literature.
- Create and update product-focused sales tools for internal teams, dealers, distributors, and partners.
- Ensure materials reflect the latest product specifications, features, images, and brand messaging.
- Present technical product information clearly, accurately, and professionally.
Digital Asset Management
- Organize and manage marketing assets, including product photos, videos, logos, brochures, manuals, presentations, campaign files, website graphics, and sales tools.
- Maintain clear folder structures, file naming systems, and version control.
- Manage translation and localization of website content, product literature, campaign assets, and global marketing materials.
Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and consistent brand look across marketing materials.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Previous experience in marketing coordination, e-commerce, digital marketing, content management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify is strongly preferred.
- Experience building or managing email marketing campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and content organization skills for product pages, emails, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with product information, technical specifications, images, documents, and marketing files.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Shopping campaigns, or paid advertising coordination.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website content optimization.
- Photography, video editing, or content creation experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
