Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hardscape Technician to join our team, responsible for building outdoor environments through various landscaping projects. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic setting, utilizing a range of tools and techniques to create beautiful, functional landscapes. The ideal candidate will have experience with interlocking, masonry, concrete, vinyl and fibreglass pools and mechanical knowledge of equipment such as excavators, skid steer, larger trucks. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape construction including setting grades, preparing base, pouring concrete, installation of pavers, slabs and walls, general carpentry experience is helpful.
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for excavation and construction tasks related to landscape projects.
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries on-site.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hardscaping is mandatory.
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscape equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems is a plus.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks.
- Knowledge of construction principles relevant to outdoor projects.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
