We have an exciting opportunity for a conveyancer with 3 - 5 years experience to join our team and work with our Senior Counsel Jim Cregan. Jim's wealth of real estate knowledge provides a solid foundation for our team. The duties involve preparation and completion of: lot payouts, builder mortgages, purchaser draw and completion mortgages, builders liens and general administrative tasks as well as dictation.
