About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and sales-driven Esthetician to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience performing facials and previous sales/customer service experience. We are looking for someone who is confident working with clients, knowledgeable about skincare, and comfortable recommending and selling products and treatments.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments and provide excellent client care
- Consult with clients and recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments
- Follow up with clients and encourage repeat appointments
- Work on the sales floor when there are no facial appointments
- Approach customers, offer samples, explain products/services, and generate sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized facial room
- Monitor supplies and inform management when products are running low
- Take initiative and stay productive during downtime
Requirements
- Previous hands-on facial experience required
- Previous sales/customer service experience required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and professional
- Comfortable approaching customers and selling products/services
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Flexible schedule and weekend availability
