Taylor Ryan is hiring a Superintendent for our General Contractor client.
Location: Edmonton
Industry: Commercial Construction
Project Scale: $20M - $80M
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all site operations, including safety, field teams, and subcontractors.
- Keep the project on schedule and achieve key milestones.
- Foster strong collaboration and clear communication with all stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years experience as a superintendent on commercial projects.
- Ability to run a project valued at $50M
- Experienced in construction software would be a strong asset
- Red Seal Certification or Gold Seal Certification would be an asset
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 + Company vehicle
- Bonus: Up to 15%
- Vacation: 3 weeks
