Position Overview:
As a Server Assistant at Taline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will support the serving staff by assisting with table setup, clearing, and maintaining the flow of service. Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in providing exceptional service to guests.
- Help with table setup and preparation for service.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Must Have:
- Valid Smart Serve Certification.
- Previous experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
