Responsibilities:
- Conduct Construction Layout and Topographic surveys using various surveying equipment and techniques
- Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps, charts, and reports
- Utilize CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) software to manage and manipulate spatial data
- Prepare layout reports, As-Built Drawings, and other documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and alignment
- Assist in the 3D modeling of construction projects
- Perform field work including as-built surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout staking
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor or related field
- Proficient in data management and analysis
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D software
- Ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications
- Experience in building and maintaining survey control networks
- Familiarity with data collection techniques using GPS (Global Positioning System) technology and Conventional Robotic Optical Survey Systems
- Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information System) principles and applications
- Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for drafting and design purposes
