We are looking for an Office Assistant who is able to work independently and efficiently. Flexibility is required as this position consists of a wide variety of duties in the office, including reception. Computer savviness an asset, and we are willing to train. Clean drivers abstract is required. Salary is based on the experience of the successful candidate.
Job Description
- Answering all incoming calls
- Organize files and documents on company assets
- Back up for the administrative team, assist sales team and management
- Work with various departments to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Respond to vendors and customers
- Purchasing office supplies
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Dropbox, MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines and tasks, and the ability to prioritize to meet goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
