Monitor press performance and troubleshoot mechanical or quality issues.
Maintain accurate production records, including counts, downtime, and inspection results.
Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Work collaboratively with maintenance and tool room staff to resolve equipment and tooling issues.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
