Position Overview
We’re seeking a Sales Professional who combines clinical insight with customer care — someone who can match each client’s needs with the right mobility and medical equipment. You’ll collaborate with occupational and physiotherapists, guide clients through product trials, and ensure every recommendation meets both functional and funding criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate mobility and medical equipment
- Collaborate with therapists and funders to ensure proper fit and function
- Demonstrate products and arrange in‑home or in‑store trials
- Prepare accurate quotes, documentation, and funding submissions
- Build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and health professionals
- Maintain product knowledge across scooters, wheelchairs, walkers, beds, and accessories
- Support deliveries, setups, and follow‑ups when required
Qualifications
- Experience in mobility or medical equipment sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Understanding of clinical assessments and funding processes
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Comfort working with clients of all ages and abilities

Pay: $37,231.88-$144,931.08 per year
