Our facility features advanced golf simulators, swing analysis technology, and year-round indoor training spaces. We are committed to delivering high-quality golf instruction while helping students improve and enjoy the game.
We are currently seeking a motivated, professional, and passionate PGA-certified golf coach to join our growing team in North York.
Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- 5 days per week
- In-person position based at our North York location
- Weekend and evening availability required based on teaching schedule
Key ResponsibilitiesGolf Instruction
- Deliver golf lessons to junior and adult students
- Develop personalized training plans based on student needs and goals
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing feedback
- Support student retention and long-term development
Student & Client Relationship Management
- Manage personal lesson schedules and student bookings
- Follow up with students regarding lesson progress and future training plans
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and families
- Provide excellent customer service and learning experiences
Facility Operations Support
- Assist with daily facility operations and maintenance
- Ensure teaching areas and equipment are organized and presentation-ready
- Monitor simulator and training equipment functionality
- Report operational issues and assist with resolving basic facility concerns
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist the marketing team by providing instructional content, photos, and videos
- Participate in trial lessons, open houses, promotional events, and community outreach activities
- Support social media and promotional content creation when required
Team Collaboration
- Attend team meetings and internal training sessions
- Submit weekly and monthly reports as required
- Collaborate closely with management, customer service, and marketing teams
- Support other business initiatives and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid PGA certification (PGA of Canada or internationally recognized equivalent)
- Mandarin and English bilingual teaching ability is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents in both Mandarin and English
- Previous golf coaching experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for golf instruction and player development
- Professional, responsible, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using basic computer and office software

Teaching Assessment
Selected candidates will be required to complete an in-person teaching assessment as part of the interview process. The assessment will evaluate:

- Mandarin and English instructional capabilities
- Student engagement and coaching approach
