The opportunity
As a Talent Attraction Coordinator, you’ll support the Advisory Talent Attraction team in the GTA with the pre-boarding process and have a meaningful impact on candidate experience.
What you will do:
- Manage post offer acceptance activities by liaising with our candidates, our HR Delivery Center and Global Mobility to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the pre-boarding stage
- Confirm on-boarding has been initiated and there is a smooth candidate transition from pre-boarding to their first day
- Provide regular pre-boarding activity reports
- Assist the Talent Attraction team with various candidate and new hire reports by pulling data from our Applicant Tracking System and formatting it in Excel
- Provide ad-hoc support to Advisory team members and candidates during other stages of the candidate life cycle
What you bring to this role:
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion and sound judgment in sensitive situations involving confidential information
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and to take on new tasks while contributing new ideas to the team
- Time management skills and ability to work within deadlines
- Results-oriented; able to manage multiple activities and priorities
- Thoughtful written and verbal communication skills
