No Limits Underground Ltd. is a growing underground utility contractor specializing in water and sewer, telecommunications, directional drilling, traffic signals, and civil infrastructure projects throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
We're looking for an experienced Excavator Operator who takes pride in their work, values safety, and understands that production and teamwork are just as important as operating the machine.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate excavators ranging from mini excavators to 35-ton machines.
- Perform trenching, excavation, grading, loading trucks, backfilling, and material handling.
- Excavate around existing underground utilities safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with pipelayers, topmen, foremen, and labourers to maintain production.
- Read construction drawings, grades, stakes, and utility locates.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
- Keep equipment clean and report any mechanical concerns promptly.
- Follow all company safety policies, site-specific safety plans, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a professional attitude with coworkers, inspectors, subcontractors, and clients.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of excavator operating experience in civil construction.
- Experience with underground utilities including water, sewer, storm, telecom, or similar infrastructure.
- Ability to excavate safely around existing utilities.
- Strong understanding of trench safety and excavation best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence (Class 3 considered an asset).
- Experience with GPS machine control is considered an asset.
Out-of-Town Work
Our projects regularly take us throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
Applicants must be willing and able to travel and work out of town when required. Rotational schedules, accommodations, meals/LOA, and travel arrangements are provided in accordance with company policy.
