Job Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with customers in a friendly, professional manner all round
- Help customers select cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about: Flower strains, Pre-rolls, Vapes, Edibles, Concentrates, Accessories
- Process transactions using POS system
- Verify ID and ensure full compliance with AGCO regulations
- Maintain clean, organized product displays and backroom inventory
- Assist with restocking and daily operational tasks
- Stay up to date on new products and industry trends
- Educate customers on responsible usage and dosage
Qualifications
- Must be 19+ years old
- Valid CannSell Certification (Required)
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Passion for cannabis culture is a strong asset
