The Project: Mace is seeking a highly organized Change and Training Coordinator to support a major technology-enabled transformation program in a public sector organization.
This is a multi-year transformation focused on helping a large public-sector organization transition to new systems, processes, roles and ways of working. The program will involve complex change across business functions, enterprise technology, operations, finance, retailers, service providers and third-party partners.
Working as part of an integrated change, engagement and learning team, you will provide coordination support across both organizational change management and training deliverables. You will help keep change and learning activity organized, documented, tracked and aligned to program milestones from mobilisation through design, testing, go-live, hypercare and steady-state transition.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented coordinator or analyst who is comfortable working in a fast-paced program environment, supporting multiple workstreams, managing information carefully and helping senior team members deliver high-quality outputs.
The role may require working up to five days per week on site in a government organization office environment, with regular in-person client engagement, workshops and formal governance requirements.

You will coordinate day-to-day change and training activities across a complex transformation program.
You will support change managers, communications specialists, training leads, instructional designers, readiness leads and program managers with planning, tracking, logistics and reporting.
You will maintain action logs, RAID inputs, stakeholder input trackers, training schedules, attendance records, completion reports, document registers and version control logs.
You will coordinate workshops, meetings, engagement sessions, training events, readiness reviews and hypercare support activities.
You will help prepare meeting packs, working papers, training materials, status reports, dashboards and supporting analysis.
You will track change and training deliverables against program milestones, escalating gaps, dependencies or overdue actions.
You will support the collection and organization of evidence for readiness, training completion, adoption reporting, governance reviews and audit-safe documentation.
You will help coordinate updates to job aids, FAQs, user guides, quick reference materials and training support content during deployment and hypercare.

You’ll Need To Have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, change coordination, training coordination, learning administration, or transformation support.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trackers, meetings, action logs, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
Experience supporting change management, training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and technology transformation activities.
Ability to coordinate training schedules, learner attendance, completion tracking, training materials, and session logistics.
Experience maintaining document control, version control, reporting inputs, and preparing meeting packs, status updates, trackers, and written summaries.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration and reporting tools.
Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments while proactively following up on actions, inputs, and deadlines.
Note: The estimated salary for this position is 80,000 - 95,000 CAD. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
