Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide accurate information to callers or direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry, scheduling, and other office tasks
- Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software
Hours
- We are open from 7am - 8pm and shifts would include morning and afternoon shifts and an occasional Saturday morning

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
