Summary
Olade Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution for a major public-sector infrastructure organization.
The Senior Project Manager / Engineering Workstream Lead will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, risk management, and engineering workstream leadership. The successful candidate will lead multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring alignment across business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
· Develop project charters, project management plans, schedules, budgets, governance frameworks, and communication plans.
· Manage project execution from initiation through closeout.
· Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and changes.
· Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
· Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, presentations, and status updates.
· Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoices, and resource plans.
Workstream Leadership
· Serve as Workstream Lead for Engineering and asset management activities.
· Coordinate engineering subject matter experts and stakeholders.
· Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
· Ensure alignment between engineering, operations, technology, and vendor teams.
· Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
· Act as primary liaison between client stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
· Monitor vendor performance, deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations.
· Facilitate workshops, meetings, steering committees, and governance forums.
· Build strong relationships with executives, sponsors, and technical stakeholders.
Risk & Change Management
· Maintain project risk and issue registers.
· Lead mitigation planning and escalation processes.
· Support formal change control and governance procedures.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related discipline.
· PMP certification (mandatory).
· Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex enterprise projects.
· Experience managing large-scale software implementation projects.
· Experience coordinating cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
· Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
· Experience with project governance, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience leading CMMS or EAM implementations.
· Experience with IBM Maximo, Cityworks, SAP PM, HxGN EAM, or similar platforms.
· Experience in public sector, utilities, transportation, infrastructure, or asset-intensive organizations.
· Experience leading engineering or maintenance-related workstreams.
· Familiarity with asset management, maintenance planning, and operational readiness practices.
Pay: $90.00-$120.00 per hour
