Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Crew Member to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential and commercial settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Fluency in English is required. Must have own transportation. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential/commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding their preferences and any special requests
- Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to health and safety standards and company policies
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in residential/commercial cleaning or related hospitality services preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines consistently

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
