Join a well-established, multi-disciplinary sports injury clinic that has been serving the community for over 20 years! We are currently seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Chiropractic Assistant to be the face of our front desk team. Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Yonge-Sheppard subway station, our clinic offers a professional and friendly work environment with a strong team dynamic.
About the Role:
This position involves a blend of administrative and front-desk duties in a clinical setting. You’ll be welcoming patients, managing daily office tasks, and supporting both the administrative and clinical teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Manage a multi-line phone system, handling calls and inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Universal Practice Management software
- WSIB and MVA cases and billing
- Process payments, create invoices, manage point-of-sale transactions, and reconcile daily balances
- Submit insurance claims through online portals (TELUS, Blue Cross, Sun Life, Provider Connect, etc.)
- Assist with intake procedures and patient medical histories
- Coordinate orthotic paperwork, receive deliveries, and arrange pickup appointments
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming office environment
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in a physiotherapy, chiropractic, or rehabilitation clinic is mandatory
- Proficient in using practice management software (Universal Software preferred)
- Knowledge of MVA and WSIB procedures is an asset
- Familiarity with extended health insurance billing through common provider portals

Work Schedule (~25 hours per week. Please only apply to this job if this schedule is suitable for you):
- Monday: 4:30pm-8:00pm
- Tuesday: 3:30pm-8:00pm
- Wednesday: 4:30pm-8:00pm
- Thursday: 4:30pm-8:00pm
- Friday: 2:30pm-7:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am-2:00pm
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
