Job Title: Developer Analyst (Level 3).
Job Type: 3-month Contract (possibility of extension)
Location: Calgary, AB (1 day remote per week)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Summary
Hands-on Developer Analyst supporting the Application enhancements + integration backlog
for the development, automation, and integration of enterprise legal applications across
document management, billing, and internal business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance internal applications (Power Platform, .NET)
Build and maintain integrations across:
o iManage / SharePoint / document systems
o Billing platforms (Intapp, Elite)
Develop workflow automation (Power Automate, scripting)
Support data flows, reporting, and backend processing (SQL / Fabric)
Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance
Collaborate with legal, KM, and business stakeholders
Contribute to API-based integrations and system interoperability
Qualifications:
Must have 5–8+ years of application development experience with Microsoft stack:
o Power Apps / Power Automate
o Azure (App Services, Functions, integrations)
Legal tech experience (iManage, Intapp, Litera)
Must have Microsoft Fabric / data platform exposure
Advanced SQL (queries, data modeling, troubleshooting)
API integration experience
Scripting (PowerShell or similar)
Experience in enterprise / regulated environments
Strong stakeholder communication (non-technical users, lawyers)
Document automation / workflow tooling experience
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (PIPEDA, GDPR)
Financial services or legal industry background
