Kinetic Orthotics is a growing foot health care clinic located in Killarney. We specialize in pedorthic services and are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. As our clinic continues to expand, we are looking for a friendly, reliable, organized, and self-motivated individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.
- Handle patient intake and update patient information as necessary.
- Receive payments and create invoices.
- Assist with administrative duties such as inventory, filing, data entry, and managing patient records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
Requirements:
- High school graduate (or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is an asset.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office and/or The Jane App is preferred.
Position: Receptionist
Work Location: In person with on-site parking
Job Type: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility)
Pay: $16.50
