Position Title: Recruiter / Administrative Associate
Position Duration: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Annual Salary: $55,000-$60,000
Work Location: 855 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC (in-person position)

POSITION:
D&H Group LLP is seeking a Recruiter / Administrative Associate to join our growing team of professionals. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual with experience in recruitment and office administration who enjoys building relationships, supporting internal operations, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
As a Recruiter / Administrative Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's recruitment efforts while assisting with a variety of administrative functions. You will work closely with managers and partners to attract top talent, coordinate the hiring process, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of administrative initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters
- Work closely with Partners to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and employee files while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities to connect with prospective candidates, build talent pipelines, and support ongoing recruitment initiatives
- Managing the day-to-day scheduling duties which includes assigning work engagements, tracking engagement inventory and checking in with professional staff consistently to discuss their work schedule
- Assist with coordinating office wide events throughout the year
- Provide general administrative support as assigned
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and office administration experience is preferred
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
